Lectors or Readers serve the Faith community by proclaiming the Word of God at the Mass. Any baptized member who has made their First Holy Communion and is in at least Junior High can perform this ministry. The frequency of one serving in this ministry is determined by the number of Lectors. Generally a minister serves about every month and a half. Training for the ministry is held periodically.
